Perennial, herbaceous plant that grows up to 30 cm. Flowers from September to May. Large or small flowers of pink, purple, red, or white color are placed on a tall flower stem in the middle of a rich rosette of leaves. The leaf is kidney-shaped, marble-green, speckled with white. It is planted in beds or vases, in areas with a mild climate it overwinters outdoors.
