Zanzibar Gem - Zamioculcas zamiifolia

This indoor plant characterized by glossy, green foliage, accumulates water in the underground stalk, i.e. rhizome.

Transplanting

Rarely needed. Recommended when rhizomes sprout on the substrate surface.
Care

Position in full sun and partial, up to full shade. Optimum temperature is 20-22°C, minimum winter temperature 15°C. Water the plant infrequently. Feed once in a month during the active growth season with the cactus fertilizer.
