GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Online sale activities at www.ures.hr are performed by Ures d.o.o. /LLC/, Umaška ulica 47A, Petrovija, 52470 Umag, TIN (OIB): 26605786417.
These terms and conditions stipulate the ordering and payment of the products offered on the website as well as the product return procedure. You may use our website for private purposes free of charge, in line with the following terms and conditions.
Ures d.o.o. is the Seller, and the Customer is any website visitor who fills out our online order form, submits it to the Seller and makes a payment via a Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro card.
The Ures company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any such modifications shall apply to the use of the www.ures.hr website. The Customer shall make sure that the data entered during the purchase are accurate and complete. The services provided by the www.ures.hr online shop do not cover expenses incurred through the use of computer equipment and services of your internet provider. The Ures company will not be liable for any costs associated with accessing this site, such as telephone fees, Internet usage, etc.
The Customer orders one or more products via an online order form. The Customer is any website visitor who orders at least one product, fills the required information via our online order form and submits the order.
All prices are stated in kuna (HRK / kn), the Croatian national currency, plus VAT.
Products are ordered by clicking on them and placing them into the cart. The Customer’s order becomes binding once they have selected one or more products and confirmed the payment method.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY URES D.O.O.
We reserve the right to cancel the order (partly or in whole) if:
- The product ordered is temporarily out of stock
- The price stated in the pricelist is clearly incorrect
- The information stated in the order form does not comply with the general terms and conditions, or
- There is a high risk of non-payment on the part of the Customer.
Should any such event or similar circumstances occur, we will immediately inform you via telephone or email of a possible contract derogation.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDERS BY THE CUSTOMER
You may cancel or modify your order without any cost providing the goods have not already been dispatched.
Products that we have on stock will be delivered anywhere in Croatia within 5 (five) working days. Ordered products are packed in a way that will prevent damage during the usual handling process. When receiving a delivery, the Customer is required to check the items and notify the Seller immediately in case they are damaged. The Seller will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during delivery.
If the Customer does not receive the items or a delivery note within a reasonable time upon shipment, they may notify the Seller thereof in order for the Seller to track the parcel or send a new one.
Should the Customer refuse to receive the items ordered, the Seller may ask the Customer to settle any and all delivery costs incurred.
Upon receipt of approval of the online transaction in question, the Seller undertakes to send the items within 5 (five) working days.
Once the delivery service company has received the parcel, the Seller is no longer liable for its delivery, possible delays and/or any problems that may occur in terms of handling and delivery of ordered items.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
You will be eligible for a product return/refund 2 (two) days upon receipt of items if:
- You have received wrong items
- You have received damaged items, provided that this cannot be attributed to mishandling during transport
- You have received an opened parcel or dirty items
- You have the original invoice
- The items are in their original package.
The Customer undertakes to adhere to the storage guidelines printed on the label and store the items with due care.
RETURN OF FAULTY ITEMS
For faulty items sent by post or via a courier service (with a valid post stamp) please indicate the following address:

The Customer may also notify us of faulty items at email@example.com or call +385 (0)52 743 421 within 2 (two) days from the receipt of items.
If the above conditions are met, items can be returned at the Customer’s expense, while the Seller will send a replacement within 15 (fifteen) days and cover related expenses.
Pursuant to Article 8 of the Consumer Protection Act, it is possible to file a written customer complaint about the product quality at the following address:

Any such letter of complaint must contain the customer’s name and surname, address, and email. A reply will be sent within 15 days from receipt of the letter of complaint.
PRIVACY OF DATA REQUIRED TO MAKE A PURCHASE
We will use your contact details, email, telephone/mobile phone and address solely for the purpose of checking and delivering your order and for notifying you of our special promotions and customer benefits as well as of any changes in the functioning of our webshop.
SAFETY OF PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
All payments made through our website are authorised by ZABA.
