In spring, if necessary, mature specimens should be replanted every 4-5 years using cactus substrate. 

Plenty of light; tolerant to direct sunlight and high temperatures. Minimum winter temperature is 5°C. Water it very rarely during winter. Feed once in a month during the active growth season with a cactus fertilizer.
