In spring, if necessary, more often it is propagated by division of offsets which sprout from root.  

Bright sunny up to partially shady position. Optimum temperature is is 25°C, minimum winter temperature 15°C. Re-water when substrate runs dry, the funnel in the middle of a leaf rosette should be filled with water. Feed once in a month during the active growth season.
